Kindly read through our terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you are deemed to have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below. TÉNOS reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions without prior notice.


Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Do note that all enquiries directed to info@tenos.store and purchase transactions may take approximately 1-2 working days to go through.


TÉNOS accepts payment through Paypal and credit card payment by major credit cards. Payment through Wechat are only accepted offline.

Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.

Orders and Delivery

TÉNOS will not be able to make changes to orders once they have been confirmed, so please check through your orders before confirming. We will not be held liable for any wrong orders placed.

All our deliveries are handled by Singpost. For international parcels, the cost of shipping is charged based on weight. For more information regarding shipping costs and estimation of delivery duration, please refer to our Shipping Guide.

Kindly ensure that all particulars provided such as your home address and phone numbers are complete and accurate. Unless there is an error on our part, there will be no compensation for parcels that have already been delivered to the provided address.

For parcels that are returned, we will notify you by email upon receiving them. Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 5 months will be deemed as TÉNOS property and no compensation will be offered.

For printed and embellished pieces, there will be slight variance as different pieces may appear differently due to fabric placement and human inaccuracy.

Colors shown on website may have slight variance on different screens as different devices have different specifications. Requests for exchange or return due to such reason will be rejected.

Defective and incorrect items

We sincerely apologize for any defective or incorrect item(s) sent.

Kindly send us an email to info@tenos.store with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description before mailing out the item(s) for us to advise you further. 


Returns are allowed for all merchandise except for items on sale or from promotional offers.

Returns will be provided for item(s) in its original condition (hangtag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered) and purchased directly from us. Returns for items that do not meet all above conditions will be declined.

All returns must be mailed back with a traceable mode of delivery, within 7 working days from date of delivery for local orders, and 20 working days from date of delivery for international orders.  

TÉNOS will not proceed with the return or exchange request if we did not receive the parcel and are not liable for any parcel loss during the transit. 

Should you purchase our items from any third party, TÉNOS will not be liable for any issues and will not accept any request for exchange or refunds.


Exchange Policies

Online Purchases:

Refunds will be credited via a return coupon that can be used for your next purchase online. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds. Do note that exchanges for items in store is not allowed for online purchases.

In-store purchases:

You can bring the item to our stores within 14 days for an exchange or refund for online coupon. For exchanges - your item can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same design without needing a top up (items are subjected to availability). If you want to exchange for an item with a value higher than the amount you paid in cash for the item, a top up will be required. For items that are priced lower than the original amount paid in cash, the balance will be forfeited. 

Return by Post:

Drop us a mail at sales@tenos.storewhere we will process the return and issue you the return address. You can then mail your item back by normal or registered postage. You will be provided with an order credit in the form of coupon code (valid for 90 days) that can be used online. Processing time will take 1-2 days upon receiving the return parcel. Do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment. We do not provide cash refunds. TÉNOS will also not be responsible for lost mail via normal or registered postage.


Coupon Code

Our return coupons are valid for 90 days. You will receive an email with the code that can be applied for online purchases. Do note that coupon codes are not refundable once they have been used. They will not be credited back on exchange or returns. No further return coupon will be issued after the first return and only one coupon code may be used per order.

Return via coupon:

You can mail your item back to us and receive a return coupon for the amount you paid in cash (after balloons or code has been applied). If any coupon code was used, the coupon code value is forfeited and the returns value will be prorated according to the value of the items purchased.
